Our instructors are highly qualified. They are thoroughly familiar with the SAT and experienced in teaching verbal and math skills to high school-age students. 

Ours is the only SAT preparation program developed by a school of education at a major university. Our workshop is known and respected throughout the academic community. Taming the SAT utilizes the soundest principles of instructional design.

Our strategies really work. Our state-of-the-art techniques have been perfected over time, constantly refined and updated to meet students needs. Your son or daughter will learn sound, practical test-taking strategies rather than the risky gimmicks promoted by other programs.

Our results are outstanding. A study of workshop graduates shows that those who practiced our techniques 10 hours or more raised their total test scores an average of 200 points; as good or better than results claimed by programs that take much longer and cost far more. Some graduates have reported score gains as high as 400 points.

Our workshops are small, motivating, and supportive. Our live online workshops (webinars) are limited to twenty-five students, but are often smaller. Students will get all of their questions answered by caring and experienced instructors. 

Our workshops are short, and affordable. The Basic workshop takes just six two-hour sessions to complete; we don't waste precious class time on practice tests you can do just as easily at home after the workshop. We supply you with two complete tests to support your at-home practice). And compared to the cost of competing programs, our prices are very reasonable. Our new live, online workshops make our training available to students nationwide.
